Refund Policy

At Harry's Dog Care, we understand that plans can change. We aim to be fair and flexible while ensuring we can run our service efficiently.

 

1. Cancellations by the Client

  • Regular Bookings:
    Cancellations must be made at least [e.g. 24 hours] before the scheduled walk or service to avoid charges.

  • Late Cancellations:
    Cancellations made with less than [e.g. 24 hours] notice may be charged in full.

  • No-Shows:
    If we arrive for a scheduled walk and are unable to access your dog (e.g., no one home, locked gate), the full fee will still apply.

 

2. Refunds

  • Advance Payments:
    If you’ve paid in advance for services and cancel with sufficient notice, a full refund or credit toward future services will be offered.

  • Block Bookings or Packages:
    Refunds for unused walks in a pre-paid package will be provided only for cancellations made with proper notice. Any used portion will be deducted at the standard rate, not the discounted rate.

  • Non-Refundable Fees:
    Certain one-off fees (e.g. consultation or registration fees, if any) are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

 

3. Cancellations by Us

  • In rare cases (e.g. extreme weather, illness, emergencies), we may need to cancel or reschedule a walk. If this happens, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or rescheduling.

 

4. How to Request a Refund

Please email us at [Your Email Address] or call [Your Phone Number] with your cancellation or refund request. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within [e.g. 5–7 business days].
